Cannot find "Tools On Surface" - Where do I download?

I need Fredo6's "Tools On Surface." I found the thread here (https://sketchucation.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=323%26amp;t=11212#p76625 but when I click on the SCF Plug In Store it says I am "not authorized to read this forum."
Then when I search the extension warehouse it's nowhere to be found.
Can someone help a SU brother out?

Have you tried clearing your browser's cache ?
You might also need to login to the PluginStore separately, it's on a separate server...
[top-right corner button - same user/pwd as here] ?
