Glass Refraction issue. Please help!

I'm having some issues with refraction. Please see the image below.
The glass handrail is magnifying the house behind.
I used the glass from the vray library. Have tried changing the thickness of the glass. Nothing has worked.

Try changing the IOR on the refraction layer to 1.00 or 1.05.
