Sphere making problem

Hello,
I am trying to make a sphere with circle having 96 sides. While follow me command it does not make a sphere.
However, when you make 24 faces it does make a sphere.
What is the best solution to make it ?

There isn't any problem regarding side count (I just tested).

Is this a question about Dynamic Components? or a general question about how to make a sphere and why it is failing?
If it is a general question then it is down to you attempting to make the sphere too small.
