Saving Presets in V_Ray 3.4?

Hello,
Just started to learn V-ray at last! Anyway just wondering how do I save a Render Preset/Custom Preset folder in 3.4?
I've been looking around and most of the info are from an older Version and different UI than 3.4 i.e

Any help much appreciated, thanks in advance.
