No more simple!
Select the internal circle with ALT & press Arrow top!
Copy move at any (re)sizes and positions et voilà!

Thank you for the tip! How would you make it so that the sides are more curvy/natural rather than straight/triangular? Is it possible to use Follow Me on a circle?
