Chamfer a Hole in a Cylinder

Hi,
I could use some help with a technique to chamfer the edge of a hole through a cylinder. I cannot seem to make a clean cut using intersect of another cylinder/simulated drill bit. Thanks!

Thanks. I think it is an alignment issue. I did a separate model where I was able to exactly center everything and it worked fine. The model I am having trouble with already had the hole placed and I have not figured out a good way to align the mock center drill on the hole.
