Yes, I used it but it is sore on the SketchUp user brain.

So easy!
From SketchUp you must find a free FBX converter : a free one Blender
SU OBJ --> Blender
Blender --> FBX et voilΓHere : Moi 3D Export FBX : supports NGons !
Paint 3D Import FBX : infinite possibilities!

When I go to the Microsoft Store, here is the screen I get.
Notice that I have to click the Update button in order to install the app. What does the "Get Updated" button want to do? This looks like it is still part of the Creative Developers Update (or what ever that program was/is). I would like to try out the app but have some reservations about that the "update" is all about.

Yes it is : so i believe you must wait that the update of The Creative Windows 10 version will be made for you!
(for my part it was automatically installed with all the Update of the Creative Win 10, 2 days ago! -
Just ran the "Check for Updates" and it said my machine was up-to-date. Apparently you have to be part of the Creative Windows community

I actually had a lot of fun with paint 3d, using my Wacom tablet it was a ton of fun and using Simlab I was able to import meshes to SU, needs some poly reduction tho, as they are super heavy meshes.
