What you are seeing is called clipping. A search here will turn up lots of information on it.
Basically it is seen when there are entities at a long distance from the origin or the camera is too close to the model in Parallel Projection. Are you drawing your model by the seat of your pants or are you drawing things at the correct dimensions? It would be useful to upload your SKP file for the model.
Set the camera to Perspective and hit Zoom Extents. This should place the camera far enough away to get rid of the clipping. Also make sure there isn't anything a long distance from the origin.
From your screen shots it looks like you have some other things to fix. The blue faces are reversed and need to have their orientation corrected. It's wise to keep up on the face orientation as you go and don't paint materials onto faces until the face orientation is right.
From the looks of things, much of your model is drawn below the ground plane. If you want to use shadows, this will give you problems.
You should update your profile. It says you are using SU8.
