Vray render not working PLEASE HELP!

Hi all. I'm running sketchup 2017 pro with vray 3.0. I'm trying to render an image however I get stuck after lighting cache and it just stays at "rendering image 0%". What am I doing wrong? This is for a final project in school, PLEASE HELP!!
I attached a picture of what my screen looks like. I tried another view and it stayed this way for 3-+ hours

PS- I'm new to both sketchup and vray so please explain as if you're talking to a 5 year old
