Section Tool problem

please check the image attachment.
is about guideline or guideline that create from rob pen tools.
when i put section tool on grouped guideline in sketchup 2017, the section tool wont cut the guide line like it used to in sketchup 2016.i use the guideline a lot, create door symbol line Etc.
please fix it. or return the guideline display term like the old sketchup 2016.

I think you should post any requests for fixing anything inherently part of SketchUp in the appropriate SketchUp forum run by the developer.

It's not good practice to use guidelines as if they are geometry. You'd be better off putting in dashed lines in LayOut.

Curious, i have the same guidelines dashLines for SU 16 & SU 17 !
In SU 17 section cut of a group guideline is translated!
