Something I have been working on for a while now. One of the what-ifs is an APC based on a paper project by the German Army, the E-25 was part of a new standard production group. This is my what if of an APC which is not as daft as it might sound, there wqas an APC based on the Jagdpanzer 38 (t) but only to prototype standard.

Thanks, I am digging through my reference items for the sights and tools, from a panther or 38 (t) probably. At the dentist tomorrow which I am not looking forward to, at all. I am also going to try to make some camouflage material and hopefully some dirt maps, the thing is way too clean.

Rear View into interior, the chassis/hull is now corrupt, something Sketchup is prone to do so I am trying to get that sorted without a redo from start.

I am heartily sick of not being able to make simple shapes in sketchup without finding holes all over the place. it is past time simple stuff like this was bleep bleep fixed. Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrghhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.

              Bleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep!!!

Nothing for it but to remake the hull. Bleeeep.

Are you saying you have trouble with SketchUp?

                  What version are you using?

I ask because while I don't have trouble with corrupt files I do sometimes have trouble with the interface not working right.

2015 was the most stable version I've used since 8. I'm now using 2017 and it's a little wonky sometimes. I have to turn off Snap-to-by-measure every time both versions and inference is often more of pain than helpful.

Of course, much of that may because I have a very small screen.

Going away for a while. I cannot reconcile the inability to create simple shapes with any kind of intelligent programming. Done for now.

I am finding it impossible to make flat armour plate with depth (Extrusion) without corrupt faces everywhere. If it is impossible to do this how cane the product be considered mature and usable? I have decided to invest in Rhino and while I admit it too cannot be perfect I cannot see HOW it can be possible to make flat armour plate, extrude it and have it become unusable or corrupt.
