Help drawing an off-center funnel
-
I'd like to draw something like this: http://tinyurl.com/h9rqwau. I can do what I show in the attachment, but the blue inner surface you see is just the back of the outer surface. I can't figure out how to create a true inner surface to give the funnel some thickness. Any tips? Thanks.

Hi - One possibility would be to use CurviLoft to connect the outer circles and the inner circles to one outer and one inner surface first...

One Idea is use a funnel that is scaled copy of the outer funnel. Scale by scaling the top and bottom aperture (circle) and the sides should end up even thickness between.
Another idea is draw a symmetrical funnel (Draw a full thickness profile and lathe it with follow me). Then offset it-- I mean move one end or the other horizontally. this might not be as accurate but may serve your needs. it would be easy to add that lip in the profile as well.

Thanks for the tips.

The Joint push pull extension is also a great way to add thickness.

You can also draw the whole thing quickly with the Spirix plugin.
