Paste and paste in place issue

Hi everyone,

I have a problem with copying and pasting. Its the first time this has happened and im not sure what the issue is. Im working on Sketchup Make 2015 and im trying to copy and paste a model into another sketchup file. I select the model i want to copy and i have tried both edit copy and right click on mouse copy but then when I switch over to the other sketchup file the paste or paste in place option is not there. The option is not there in the file I copied from either. I have cleaned up the model, tried to open a new file and draw a simple square and still that the paste option is greyed out. Has anyone had this issue? Any help will be much appreciated!

Are you by any chance copying "from > into" a lower SketchUp version?

Thanks for your response. I figured out the issue I was having. I downloaded a new plugin which I assume was conflicting with other plugins. I deleted this and it fixed the issue. I can copy and paste again!
