Extension Warehouse and 3D warehouse icons/text very small

I am new to Sketchup, running Windows 10. When I try to use the Extensions Warehouse or the 3D warehouse the icons, text and search bar are very small and hard to read. Is this a Windows 10 issue and is there a fix for it?

Have you got one of those high res screens?

Yes ,my resolution was set at 3840 x 2160. But after your response I changed it to 1920 x 1080 and everything is looking normal now. It was also affecting my Default Trays.
