2017 will not open

Easy question.... 2017 will not open, anyone else having this problem?
Upon double clicking, i get the 'Sketchup Application has stopped working' error message. I'm not much of hardware guy, but running on an new HP Zbook. Also have Adobe Creative and 2016 Revit on machine with no issues. I've tried closing down everthing else and only trying to open Sketchup, to no avail.

Easy question but the answer might not be. What happens when you try to open it? What exactly do you see? How did you install it? Did you install it by right clicking on the installer file and choosing Run as administrator? What kind of graphics card? Is the driver up to date? Check for a more current driver from the manufacturer of the computer.
Having Adobe Creative and Revit installed and working isn't necessarily related.
