Import City Data to SketchUp Model

A few weeks ago, I watched a tutorial on a sketchup plugin that "magically" created an entire city, in this case NYC, by pulling city data. The resulting model contained buildings, roads and even trees in their proper location.
It had a cool "street view" feature.I have tried to find it, to no avail.
Can somebody tell me the name of it?
