Vray crashing when saving output

Don't know if this is the place for it, but I have a problem.
As title says, no matter what I render, (simple cube), no materials whatsoever, default settings, if I choose option "save output", I get bugsplat and sketchup crashes. It saves file, but not finished. I'll post some screenshots. Does anyone knows, what seems to be the problem?
