How Do I Install Soap Skin Bubble Plugin in My Sketchup 2016

Hey Guys, I'm a newbie in Sketchup. I wanna create a curved surface then use the soap skin bubble plugin which I was able to download from the extension warehouse and saved under my program folder sketchup2016/Tools as a .rbz file but somehow it just doesn't show in my Sketchup Pro... Could anyone give me a hand in here please?
