SKUP 2015 - Outliner box is off-screen

I'm in a bit of a pickle - my Outliner pallete is off screen. The usual windows trick of ALT SPACE M doesn't appear to work.
I tried to find a reference to it in the registry without any luck.
Can anyone help? -
did you try Reset Workspace?
