Plugin Software designer required

I run a company which complete energy calculations for newly build dwellings within the Uk. The calculation results are used to meet elements within the buildign regulations. We create 3D sketch up models and extract key area & length data from the model.
I’m looking for a developer to create a sketch-up plug in to speed up this process. Can you help ??
