Oooh! Very excited to see your name pop up on the new threads. As always, beautiful work!
-
Thank you for the kind comments everyone.
" I was wondering where you went!! " It seems a few of the regular posters like Kriss ect. have been quiet also.

Welcome back, and with a bang. Brilliant execution as always and a joy to see. Talk to you later.

How utterly bucolic, John.

So glad to see you posting again. And such an amazing model, it's as close to a photo as you can come with SU.
I would kill for just 10 percent of your talent. It's probably not 'politically correct' to say something like that nowdays, but I don't give a hoot in hell about all the PC crap
Please keep posting, your work lifts this forum to higher levels

Thank you for the kind comments, I'm truly humbled by each of them.
Hopefully I will soon have more time to spend using SU again, next week its off to visit as many little Cornish fishing villages as possible and hopefully find some new inspiration.
thank you again

Have you ever printed one of your images at a really big size? It must look even more impressive then... (if this is possible)
-
wow. what a beauty! Impressive as usual

Hello Carsten, most of the main construction companies print the renders out (not the little village scene btw) on vinyl wrap and enclose the construction site hoardings with them. The render output needs to be large, coupled with the developments in printing and Bob's yer Auntie .
Thank you Jochen.

Unfortunately I have as well, but I'm working on a very complex project that I can't post pictures of.
Believe me, I really want to work on some hobby models and post them, but this project will take at least until the end of the year.
That said, always good to see your posts!

Brilliant as ever John. Hope you are well.
