IES Light Profiles are illumination standards developed by the Illuminating Engineering Society of North America, the recognized authority on illumination. The profiles enhance IRender nXt renderings with light distribution that is more accurate. IRender nXt includes 30 IES Presets and many lighting manufacturers provide IES profiles for their fixtures.
