Magic wand

can't seem to find a plugin or maybe no one has invented it yet..
how about a magic wand to turn png images into faces.. i do graphics and 3D but sometimes people give me intricate images that would save a bunch of time if i could touch the transparent png image and it instantly becomes a solid poly face
does it exist anywhere?

How about TIG's Image Trimmer? It's part of his SKMTools which is available in the Sketchucation Plugin Store.

Thanks it looks great and says its doing it but nothing seems to happen, exactly what I wanted but not sure why its not actually creating it in the end... hmmm...
