I am looking for mirror effect but dont find it
it means, I do smt left, and skp do it the same for me on the rightthanks

You can do this with components. Make a component and mirror it (flip it or scale by -1). Then work you do in the component will show mirrored in the other instance.

I remember there was another way to do it but I forgot, perhaps I am wrong -

to get this effect immediately and automatically within SU, Pbacot´s component suggestion seems to be the only possibility - however, for mirroring itself, Tig´s Mirror plugin could be an interesing tool for you as well?Mirror | SketchUcation
