Plugin License not found

A neat plugin I paid for via Sketchucation isn't working since I had to repair this computer. I've reinstalled all my licenses but one plugin I bought in the plugin store here tells me 'license not found for...' everytime I start Sketchup. I've been to the plugin store and clicked 'update all my plugins' but what else do I need to do?

Are you quite sure you bought PB2 through SKetchUcation? As far as I remember this was only available through Extension Warehouse?

As Juju says you can't buy Profile Builder 2 here. I'd suggest trying to contact the author at the point of sale.
