I'm in need of some help with ACT settings. (clipping probs)

I'm matching camera angles to a Goprohero4 camera. I'm a bit confused about the settings. My results in matching are poor, and I've developed some bad clipping problems. I believe it's due to my settings. Any advice would be appreciated.
