[Plugin] PSTv1.0 English Version (Updated Mar 26)

Content of Plugins into plugins folder...so you have folder called PowerBarScripts and PowerBar_Load.rb in Plugins,
PowerSuTool.strings goes into Resources. In resources now you have that file and en-US folder.
PowerSuToolE.strings drop in en-US folder within Resources.As I said all is in English but balustrade and all seems work no problem.

Don´t know why, but doesn´t work. It´s in English now, but it makes errors. When I´m trying to make a wall, it draws only lines and then nothing or makes Sketchup to crash. Mysterious.

which walls are you suggesting...there is no wall tool in this tool bar. Draw normally wall as you would and try to punch the hole.

A correct install doesn't need "PowerSuTool.strings" file, IMHO. That's the Chinese language string, as far as I could see.
Unfortunately, there are still settings written in Chinese (handrail settings, some warning messages, the "about" window)
