[Plugin]RichSection - not working

I just installed the RichSection plugin (which looks very useful - kind of like Skalp) but nothing happens when I click on the icon to create a rich section.
I am running SU Pro 2015 - 64bit on Windows 10.
Any suggestions about what may be wrong?

Read all the post on the page.All I saw was that other people have the same problem I am having. I did not see a solution.
I installed the plugin, the created a "building" and made it a group. Then I clicked on the button with the + sign but nothing happens.

I did see the link but did not understand that is was a fix for the plugin. The fix needs to be made to the version that is in the Plugin Store in SketchUcation (which is where I got the plugin). This means that everyone who downloads if from SketchUcation is getting a version that does not work. According to the info on the SketchUcation web site, it was updated 03-01 of 2015.
There also is no mention of licensing, time out period, or cost for the plugin. Just trying to clarify so that others do not have the same problem although I saw that it has been downloaded over 12000 times. I would like some clarification on what is going on.
