RoundCorner issues

I have a model, and I'd like to make some of the edges round. I have been using RoundCorner, which is an amazing plugin, but my results on this particular model are unsatisfactory, revealing deleted faces, etc. I have a google drive link for screenshots and my model, please take a look: https://drive.google.com/folderview?id=0B-WP2pX142ZsQnNvVGNpRWt1b1E%26amp;usp=sharing
The issues occur when going around a curve that rises, and the plugin deletes some faces. At first I thought my model was too small, but I scaled it up a lot higher, and this did not help.

there is an other option you should enable as well. Otherwise RC creates geometry in this case which can only be repaired by any subsequent triangulation. I had to zoom deep into your model to see that.
BTW Upscaling is a good idea for such tasks...

It works alright for me, but check the button with the three vertical lines. It will try to keep the offsets as untouched as possible
