V-ray material editor preview not working

Hi,
I have a problem with the material editor, as soon as I hit the preview button on any material, the little box turns black. I tried reinstalling vray, but that did not help. In the render, materials turn out to be ok, the problem is just with the preview in the editor.
It never happened before.Any ideas?
