Help! When I export a pdf from SU 2015 pro, some people are getting them with the dimension lines there but dimension numbers themselves not. I have opened the attachment I sent them on my computer and they're there, I open them on my Iphone and they're not. Both people I sent this to have Macs. Any ideas?

    Thanks,
    Mark

Are you exporting the PDF from SketchUp or from LayOut?

It kind of sounds like a PDF viewer problem if you can see them on your computer. Clearly the dimensions are getting exported.

I have seen times when LayOut does not show all of the dimensions even though they are in the LayOut file. I have been able to solve the problem by resizing the LayOut viewport slightly. Have not had it in the past couple of months. But I have seen it happen multiple times.

Yup. The prize goes to driven. Figured it out after I posted this initially. Got an error message on another pc that showed them but gave the error message about a bad box, and off I went on Google. Seems Adobe only recognizes something like 12 fonts, and unlike a pc which will substitute a font, the mac just decides not to bother and leaves it blank. Switched to Arial from Technical, but it has to be Arial regular apparently, and voila! So thanks all. I love it that you guys are out there and that you're so responsive. Especially with the obscure and weird things I seem to come up against.

That is interesting I will watch the fonts as well.

In my case though, it was a sizing issue. When I resized the viewport, everything showed up correctly. That has happened to me multiple times.
