Issues Exporting to PDF
-
I am working on a 22 page construction set. Two of the pages will not export the details and comments I have made in Layout (other pages that contain Layout comments are exporting just fine).
I have attempted to export on Mac & Windows; as well as print to pdf to no avail.
Anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks!

It could be there's some corrupt content on those pages. I've seen some cases where there export problems in LO that seem to be caused by a bad component that was downloaded from the 3D Warehouse. Try the following steps.
- Save the existing file.
- Use File>Save as... and save it again with a new name. That way you won't screw up the original file.
- Delete all but the two pages that have been giving you trouble.
- From Document Setup, purge anything that is no longer used.
- Try exporting the two pages to PDF. Does it work? If not, continue.
- Start deleting entities from the pages. Delete something and try the export. If you don't get a successful export undo the deletion and delete something else.

Thank you for the suggestion. Unfortunately...no luck with deleting and purging in LO and/or the SU model. Here is a list of my unsuccessful efforts/attempts:
- No purging from SU model, but deleting everything from LO. Added new LO text & exported as pdf
- Deleted & purged everything from the SU model with the exception of the walls (made in SU and not imported from Warehouse and used on every other LO page) Updated scene in LO with original text
- Deleted & purged everything from the SU model with the exception of walls, deleted & purged everything in LO, added new text
- Deleted & purged everything from the SU model with the exception of walls, made a new scene in SU, deleted & purged everything in LO, added new text, exported....no text in exported pdf
- Copied & pasted stripped down & purged SU model into new file, made new SU scene, synced new SU model to a new LO doc
We have Skalp sections incorporated in the model, so I am not sure if this is having an effect.......I have turned it off and tried exporting through LO with no success

Thank you for your response. I tried your advice and many variations of it with no luck unfortunately:
Based on my numerous unsuccessful attempts, I am at a complete loss as to why these 2 pages are proving to be so problematic. The only remaining culprit I can think of is Skalp; which we are using in our SU model, and whether or not that is affecting the pdf export. However, other pages have Skalp sections incorporated into their scenes and they are exporting fine.

I had something similar happen once with a very large pdf export. Since then I break my construction documents into smaller sets...floor plans, elevations, etc. each with their own LO file. This really helps with organization and helps if you only need to send out a couple portions of the specific set.
That said, the way I fixed the problem, was a did a "Save as" to the file to preserve the original copy. On the copied file, I removed the pages that were problematic. I then inserted blank pages in the locations of the sheets removed. I then copy pasted from the original files all the page specific information to the new blank sheets. This doesn't take very long and is worth a try as it worked for me. After that, I never tried to make my LO files typically more than 8 sheets max.
