Hot Keys in Layout

I would like to know if it is possible to use hot keys in Layout?

It is indeed possible. You can see what hot keys/shortcuts are already established by looking at the menus. You can set your own under Preferences.
Are you really still using SU8 and LO3 like your profile indicates?
