Repair_broken_lines
-
Just changing from Sup 8 Pro to SUp 2015 Free-32bit (later to Pro). I try to take all cherished plugins with me. This works quite well so far. Here's a little plugin by Carlo Roosen 2004 "repair_broken_lines" that doesnt work in SUp 2015 and it needs to be customized. This function is available in TT's cleanup - sure - but I use the little effective thing a lot. Please help!

All that is required is removing the space in front of the ( in line 27.
l = p.entities.add_line(v.position, Geom;;Point3d.new(3.45,6.78,9.12))

If you are installationally challenged... then remember that almost all plugins now come as RBZ archives, which can be automatically extracted and installed into your default Plugins folder by using the native Preferences > Extensions > Install... button.
An RBZ file is actually just a ZIP file with a changed file-type suffix.
If a file is a standalone RB type you could ZIP it, then rename that to be an .RBZ file-type then install that.
If you have the SketchUcation PluginStore Toolset installed it includes a submenu item which will open your Plugins folder - so you could open that and drop the RB into it directly...Be warned that old RB files may not be compatible with >=v2014 - as the space before the argument' ( evidenced ! If an installed one causes errors you can ask for help, but if it's compatibility is beyond a simple edit then you'll need to remove it from the Plugins folder...
