Some comments:

I would suggest to orient the faces correct instead of painting them white only (e.g. for rendering?)
It will probably be faster to use components instead of groups for the repetitive part (windows, doors, ...) ("edit one, paint all")
For consecutive push pull action with the same distance, you can use a double click insread of searching an inference point
For repeated copies, you can use the array functionality
