Dropdown tools ??

Hi guys,
How was it possible to have Rectangle,Round Rectangle and a few other in a dropdown way right in the toolbar and also the Arc tools?
I have removed my plugins for a couple of times and now this doesn't work anymore or I have forgot how to do it ... Was that a plugin or something ?This is how they looked like .

The Getting Started toolbar shows the drop downs. You could create a custom toolbar with those drop downs if you drag them off the Getting Started toolbar.

That's it! When I had the plugins allover the window I just closed the Getting started toolbar(as I always do)so there was no way I could have found those again, and I searched a bit around with no luck.
