[Plugin] Sketchup Loop Subdivision Smooth Plugin
-
First of all thanks to all you people out there for their respective efforts to empower SK with new plug-ins. If this trend continues & I strongly feel it should....... Bit & bit plug-ins from all you people day after day I hope may be one day we will see Google sketch up as one of most popular & power 3D modeling software in the world. Best of luck, keep it up

This is a free opensource Loop subdivision plugin for Google Sketchup. Loop subdivision smooths hard edges to give a more rounded organic looking shape. This plugin has not been tested extensively, so please save any important Sketchup models before using this plugin on them.

Hi, read the very first post in this thread. He provides a link to where you can download the plugin. No one needs to email you anything, you just have to go download it yourself.
Good luck,
Chris

thank you 3dsketchupper.
may I request 'keep original outline' option (for non-solids)? -
I honestly think this plugin is outdated. Every time I try to subdivide in Sketchup 2014, it produces bugsplat.

I can't even install it. I recieve a message saying "Installed successfully" but I can't find the toolbar, there's no option to activate it from right-click... doesn't seem to work. Tried installing .rbz and also putting the .rb file in both the Program Files\SketchUp\Plugins folder as well as the Program Files\SketchUp\ShippedExtensions.
No use. Any ideas?
