I am having problems installing TT_Lib_v2.9.1.5.

I'm guessing you are using a OSX version older than 10.7?
If that is the case you need to stick with an older version - 2.9.10 or 2.9.9:
https://bitbucket.org/thomthom/tt-library-2/downloads(Note - it's not 2.9.1.5 - it's 2.9.15 - the distinction is important because 2.9.15 is newer than 2.9.1.)

Unfortunately I had to drop support for older OSX versions as it was getting harder and harder to compile for all the OSX versions. I had to update the way I compiled in order to make things work with the latest OSX version.
