Fox, CNN, NBC won’t show Charlie Hebdo Muhammad cartoonspretty sure that's the obama administration (etal) not letting them.. they blamed the benghazi attacks on these cartoons. (like- a couple of years ago, the white house condemned charlie hebdo for doing what they do)
-
It doesn't show how strong they are in their faith, by killing (in their view) infidels...
It shows how little they trust in Allah's omnipotence... -
Here's a couple of interesting points that I have been thinking about over the past few days:
- From one comedian (i can't remember who) :
@unknownuser said:
if Islam is a religion of peace. . .how come Islamist Fanatic extremists are not fanatically and extremely peaceful?
- If you are so easily offended by a cartoon that you would slaughter a bunch of people over it. . .how secure are you in your faith or ideology? To quote a piece I read yesterday:
@unknownuser said:
Christians in the West are used to being mocked, but the last thing that Bill Maher or the producers of Saturday Night Live have to worry about is being shot up by angry, blue-haired church ladies. When the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints found itself the subject of an unkind Broadway lampoon, The Book of Mormon, its leaders did not bomb the theater or even try to force the show to be shut down as “hate speech.” Instead, they decided — in a brilliant stroke — to offer theatergoers copies of their scripture through an advertisement in the show’s playbill: “You’ve seen the play, now read the book.”
What’s an extremist Mormon going to do? Bake you a pie?
In answer to that one I would also say that not only would we bake you a pie, would also help you move your furniture into your house and do your yardwork. . .but that would going to extremes.
One more thing. . .I had never heard of nor probably will ever read Charlie Hebdo. I just don't go in for that kind of thing. But the fact that all the major publications hid under their desks and don't call this stuff out and leave little tiny publications to courageously carry the "Freedom of the Press" banner for them shows how hypocritical and cowardly they are. Spread the risk over a large field Everybody should've manned up and published these cartoons. Well played Media. Well Played.

My condolences to the families and France.
However, what proof is there at this time that this foul deed was carried out by 'Islamic fundamentalist'. The alternative media is looking at the possibility of a false flag event and after reading some of their assertions, I am on the fence until more concrete proof is available.
-
Who they are riding for is not on purpose, they just are fascist killing people who does not think like them.

Come on Mayor...
1.) In several of the videos taken by people who just happened to be nearby the attack, you hear them shout "Allahu Akbar" (God is the greatest).
2.) Witnesses who were at the Charlie Hebdo's offices have confirmed that the terrorists shouted something like that here was the Prophet Mohammad's Revenge.
This has later been confirmed from video recordings.
3.) Police have claimed that they found Islamic flags in the first car (the black Opel)
4.) The owner of the car they stole later, claimed that they told him to bring a message further, that this attack was carried out by al-Qaida in Yemen.The latter is most likely a decoy to arrange a diversion, as they seem to come from somewhere else...
Nevertheless... This was a terrible attack carried out in the name of Islam...

hmm.. not sure if i agree with "islamics = insecure & can't take a joke.. whereas christians are secure and can take a joke"..
pretty sure more bad crap has happened 'in god's name' than allah..

the 'major' publications aren't independent thinkers.. they're propaganda machines.. thought that was obvious by now
(for instance-- do you really think all these major outlets decided to censor these cartoons independently of each other..? all on the same day.? ..or, is it more likely one person told all of them not to publish?)

Difference here is mainstream media is dictated to by their advertisers as well as national and international ratings, not really courage but more money IMO.

These are the same god... Muslims, Jews and Christians all worship the same god.
And I don't know if you can say that Christians are responsible for more than Muslims. The Crusades were fought by both sides back and forth over the course of hundreds of years. Other than that I'd need some allusions to what you speak of. I'm a news junkie and I see radical Muslim attacks daily. And every couple of years a Christian nut kills an abortion doctor.
@Mike
As far as false flag... I'm getting pretty tired of that being the default position of people who seem to think the government controls everything. Everything bad that happens is a government false flag op to control us. When in reality this has never been proven at all, but yet you need positive proof before you'll consider that Muslims Radicals have done something that do just about every day. Every shooting in the US is blamed on the government by the nutjob right wingers who say it's false flag to grab er guns... It's tiring and disrespectful to the victims. Let's perhaps wait until we have evidence of a something... Like the young man who says he was radicalized because of his internment in Abu Garib. -
My thoughts are with the families of those who lost their lifes.
Brave people, cartonists and policemen, executed by coward islamic fundamentalists.
**Mike, I strongly disagree with you. What more proof do you need when these fundamentalists can be seen and heard in the videos while carrying out their acts. I'm not likely mislead by the sensation greedy media but here I can't see it any other way.
Sorry for hacking, -> If needed, then further discussion on this in another thread.**

Wolinski,Cabu, Charb , Tignous, Honoré
Do you imagine that the first 2 guys were the playfellow of the "French youth" since more 50 years ago!
Yes that are old people! -
RIP
The major problem with globalization is that one can not really understand what is going on on the large scale. So, what happens is that things are being made short and simple in media, like in TV commercials, or Hollywood block basters (which are obviously used as a story preparation for masses). Propaganda and generalization is very dangerous. Just look at the WWII when this kind of mass manipulation of peoples fear and stupidity began. European citizens killed millions of people, and that was not in the name of God! Just do not trust TV and media. The fact that one of the "terrorists" said in front of the camera that Alah is great is an evidence of what?! That he was a Muslim? That Islamic people are bad guys? Come on... There is much more in the World than in western movies.
In bombing of Serbia 1999, 1000s of innocents people were killed by NATO, not to mention other countries. They were not worthy enough to be mentioned in the News, but this in France was "attack on democracy". This hypocrisy is irritating.
Religion is not bad thing by itself. People who use it for manipulation are.
Just to add a a guy's comment from the RT site: "NATO crimes in Iraq = more than 1 000 000 civilians was killed by NATO. No one cares. 10-15 citizens died in France - the whole world mourns. This world is sick. That's how Fashington's propaganda working."
