Toolbar icon for "Make Component"

Lo these many years I've had an icon in my customized Mac toolbar to make a component. Now in v2015 I can't find it listed under "customize Toolbar". Where did it go? If you see it there, please help me find it. Thanks, Peter

It's still there on my Mac. Second row, roughly center.
