Have trimbled disabled "Add more imagery" in older sketchup?

Of course I'd ask Trimble support this first, but apparently you have to pay for the privilege yearly and usually I never even heard back anyway.
In SketchUp 2014, when using the "add imagery...." tool this comes up now instead of Google Maps;
I tried Administration privelages and I also added *.google.com to Internet Explorer's trusted sites as I assume it is using an IE panel here. Any other ideas?

I just tried it in SU2014 on my PC. It works fine for me. As you can see, I added two additional images after getting the first one. Have you tried clearing the IE cache/temp internet files?
