Irradiance map difficulties

Hello guys ,
hope you are all ok ,
im having some troubles with the irradiance map on vray
even though the min rate is -3 and the max one 0, after the light catche vray still makes just 1 pass ...
im using irradiance map as primary engine and light catche as secondary...
any idea whats happening? i did my best but still no result -
check the "multipass" option in your irradiance map settings.

Man , i really need some help , when i open the vray options editor it is blank i can not use it ... where do you thing it is coming from ?

um, I hate to ask, but what version of vray are you using and did you get it through official channels? If it's a legit copy, sounds like you might need to reinstall. If you're still having trouble, you could send an email to Chaos Group support for further assistance.
