Projected Concrete (Shotcrete) Animation

I am working on a construction animation video and I have designed everything on Sketchup but I havent found a plugin for having animated projected concrete, shotcrete.
Has anyone worked on such animation?

Good luck animating something like that in Sketchup. One suggestion would be to animate it using section planes I suppose.
