Hi, i imported a .dwg (autocad) drawing into sketchup and i want to make faces to star the 3d model. I use the makeface 1.4, but now with Sketchup 2013/2014 is not working.

Is there any way or plugin for Sketchup 2013/2014 so i can select de lines and automatically make the faces??

(i tried the utilities tool but it can make one face at a time, when i select all the lines send an error)

    Thanks!

Nevermind... the Makefaces 1.4 plugin does work in Sketchup 2014, only install the progressbar.rb first.

        Hi,

how did you install progress bar and make faces in sketchup 2014? I don't find these plugins in the extension warehouse. I used these plugins in previous versions and it's really useful.

        thanks

MakeFaces and progressbar are plugins available at SMustard.

              Hi:
An .rb is the filename extension for a Ruby script. Ruby is a high level scripting language used for Sketchup to automate repetitive, or multiple operations to achieve a modeling purpose.
How to install on a Mac can be found here for a start:
