Leader Text always hide behind drawing in Layout

Dear All
Good day to all of you out there, I have a problem using my licensed layout software.
I tried to add leader text to my drawing, but it always fall behind the drawing. I attempted to arrange it by right clicking it to arrange forward but each time failed to happen.Anyone out there faced with the same problem? Is there any solution to it.

Post an example LayOut file that shows this.
Is this leader text you've added in the SketchUp file or labels you've added in LayOut? If it is the latter, the best thing to do is put the labels on a layer higher in the list than the viewports.
