OnClick delay

Hi all,
I have another small question referring OnClick behaviour.
Attached a Panel which moves over Y and Rotates around X due to a click.
Now these actions are going simultaniously, I need the rotation to start after the move has been completed.
Is there a delay that I can build in between these 2 actions?Thanks
