PluginStore Dashboard Changes

Some changes are happening to the Plugin Author Dashboard over the next week as we prep for v3 of the PluginStore.

First major change is to your dashboard landing page. Now when you login you will get an overview of your downloads, rating, docs and videos stats for all your plugins.
Below each overview it goes into detail listing how documented, video supported all you plugins are.
For those who are using the API to provide further #awesomeness we will be heavily tweaking the graphs this week.
