Hello everyone long time forum user first time writer. I am having a ton of toruble rounding the tip of a wing shape. I finally got it CLOSE with TIG's extrude by rails but now at the tips it is distorted. If anyone can help me or tell me a better way it would be much appreciated.

I do not need it rounded any particular way mainly just 15 mm out from the flat surface at some point near or in front of the middle and my nice and round.

      insert .skp

It is kind of flat near the leading and trailing edges. You need to divide those last few line segments around the end of the tip into more segments and add make it a bit rounder. How did you draw the end curve?

Considering the small size, you should be working on this with it scaled up by 100 or maybe 1000x.

It's also a good idea to purge unused stuff before you post files so they aren't quite so huge. After purging your second file it went from 2.16 Mb to 330 Kb. A reduction of about 85%.

Could you walk me through how to do that? Im new to these more advanced shapes. It was segmented a lot more and made it very difficult to do the extruding so I used a WELD plugin to take the segment out of the line......maybe that was a poor choice
