    hi Im new on this site and this is first time i post in this blog hoping that someone can help me out. i have a sketchup8 that is working completely normal but after i install v-ray (any version) and run a program again, when i just want to open my file , sketchup crashes! plz help me..

        First off I would like to say that yelling because someone didn't answer your post less than 12hr after you posted is not a great way to get people to help you.

        Secondly, a little more information is needed. Does it crash only when opening an existing model? Can you open a clean instance of SketchUP (no models) with Vray installed? What versions of Vray have you tried specifically?

            I would suggest contacting our support department if you require prompt assistance. This website has absolutely nothing to do with the developers of V-Ray for SketchUp. You could go to Chaos Group's forum and post there also. Being impatient on SketchUcation is not going to get you anywhere though.

              hi all, I'm having the same problem... After installing vray for sketchup, while opening any file or saving any work, sketchup crashes and generates a bugsplat... I don't know if there is any solution to this.

                please contact support@chaosgroup.com about this issue. We would need more information in order to help. For example: the version of SketchUp, version of V-Ray for SketchUp you have installed, version of V-Ray for SketchUp you have a license for (double check you have the correct version installed for your license), Operating System, when did the issue first happen, what did you do just before this issue first occurred. Feel free to continue this thread, but I highly suggest you contact our support department also.
