Modification of a warehouse file

I want to use an object of a warehouse3D file in another app.
I know isolate it, erasing any nearby objects, and re-edit it in a new .ac3D file.
But it always persists the large white square corresponding to the frame of the GE snapshot, and I d't know how to remove it

Could you post the link to the 3D Warehouse file you're referring to?

Try this one.
If it works for you all I did was, right click and unlock the terrain, delete it and purge the file.
